At Cabarete Palm Beach Condos you can expect to see evolving COVID-19 procedures in every area:

Upon arrival: You will be offered hand sanitiser. Everyone’s temperature will be checked and your luggage will be sanitised before we take you to your accommodation.

We have reduced contact at check-in, utilising digital transactions, multiple hand sanitiser stations, increased sanitisation of the area, and paperless check-out.

Accommodation: We have reduced in-room furnishings/high-touch items, added new laundry protocols, along with cleaning and disinfection procedures that are displayed in each room. Cabarete Palm Beach Condos has transitioned to advanced cleaning products that are effective against viruses, which are used to deep clean guest rooms before check-in, and during the stay if you make the request. 

Public Areas: Social distancing and the mask wearing is observed in all public areas, in addition to all staff interactions. We have instituted Increased frequency and more thorough cleaning of high-touch surfaces. In addition to hand sanitisers being available in all public areas.

Staff: CPBC has incorporated enhanced COVID-19 awareness training and comprehensive hygiene and prevention training programs for all team members. Careful attention to back-of-house areas, including staff entrances, lockers, laundry and offices. We have added Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. masks and gloves) for all appropriate staff including housekeeping and maintenance team members.

Hand sanitiser: Dispensers have been placed in public areas throughout the property.

Signage: Health and hygiene reminders including the recommendation to socially distance and the wearing of masks.

As the travel environment changes our service offering will change to comply with the latest Health Protocols, however, we want to assure you that our commitment to making your stay as comfortable as possible remains the same. 

Please note that all persons entering the premises are required to wear a face mask.

Given the ongoing and evolving global uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we are offering our guests stress-free flexibility during this challenging time. All guests with reservations who need to change or cancel their booking may do so at no charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

Depending on your country of origin, you will need either an Anti-gen test or a PCR test.

Both are available and can be obtained in various forms. For the PCR test, we can arrange a taxi for you to go to Sosua or we can call in a Doctor to come to your apartment and to take the PCR test (results are back within 24 hours. (cost USD 95) or the antigen test (results are back within a few hours, (cost USD 55). 

For the Anti-gen test which is required for all US citizens not older than 24 hours, you can also walk to a Laboratory here in Cabarete and the result will be back in a few hours.

If you travel on a Sunday or through a public holiday the antigen test is also offered at the airport and the results will take about 20 minutes. No tests are available for free and pricing differs with each choice.
